Huffington Post recently tried something interesting where Mia Kirschner writes about bullying in a piece called "Grade Three: Rise of the Order." It's a little different than your average coverage of a bullying story, in that it includes three short fictionalized scenes that illustrate the point.
But leave it to a message boards poster to live up to the unnecessary, misanthropic, I'm SO much smarter than you cliche.

Excuse me, but if this post is going to be included under Education, can we at least get the English correct? Degradation means moral or intellectual decadence, or the process of (bio)degrading. It has nothing to do with shades of coloring, for which Ms. Kirshner seemingly meant the word "gradation(s)." Perhaps she should have stuck with "shades," a word she may be better equipped to handle.
Then again, who knows, maybe she's infinitely brighter than I think, and she deliberately misused "degradations" as a literary coinage, a clever foreshadowing of the degrading state her "character" is reduced to by the girls of the Order. N-a-a-a-a-h!
My only hope for Ms. Kirshner's salvation from the rampant despoilage of the Canadian/English language is that she will "refudiate" her usage of the word. Maybe it has something to do with how close you get to the Arctic Circle? I'll have to check with Sarah and Todd Palin on that.
