Years ago we brought you the commercial for Diet Black® "The gothic soft drink" featuring bassy-voiced goth spokesmen Peter Murphy and Peter Steele. This week, thez0rk called me up minutes after the tragic news came in that Peter Steele of Type O Negative passed away from a heart-related problem.

We take this time to honor Peter Steele by reflecting on the long-running Diet Black soft drink campaign.
