This week has been good for Barack Obama. He won the endorsement of Ted Kennedy and Caroline Kennedy. He won the state of South Carolina by a two to one margin over Hillary Clinton. Even the Aryan Nation has put aside its prejudices and endorsed Obama.
Aryans we interviewed had only good things to say in regards to Obama:
"I saw several White men - White Pride! - interviewed on TV who say our country isn't ready for a Black man as President. While normally I'd agree with that, I believe, more than anybody else, Barack Obama can help our country turn the page and get America moving by uniting and ending the division we have faced."
"Our organization had reservations back in 2000 about John McCain after hearing rumors that he had bi-racial children out of wedlock. But Obama transcends race in a way we have never seen. If anyone can bring people together, this son of a Kenyan is that man."
"We want a president who appeals to the hopes of those who still believe in the American dream and those around the world who still believe in the American ideal."
